We are seeking a Sex Therapist to join our team.

Job Description:

A unique opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and compassionate individual to work as a Sex Therapist with us. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting initial discovery calls with potential clients who are seeking help for psychological and sexual health issues. You will establish rapport and build trust during calls, guiding clients to understand the support they need. The role combines therapeutic expertise with a focus on client acquisition and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial discovery calls with potential clients and guide them to understand the support they need.
• Establish rapport and build trust during calls and effectively communicate the benefits and outcomes of various treatment plans.
• Close sales and onboard clients into the treatment process.
• Offer brief therapeutic support and guidance during the initial call and provide referrals or resources for clients who are not immediately ready to proceed with treatment.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and client progress and assist in continuously improving the discovery call process and treatment offerings by providing feedback on client interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Sex Therapy, or a related field.
• Certification or licensure in sex therapy or a related field (depending on location requirements).
• Prior experience in conducting sales calls, consultations, or intake assessments is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and address client needs empathetically.
• Excellent understanding of psychological, sexual health, and relationship issues.
