We are looking for a skilled Contract Manager (Individual Contributor) to join our Global Financial & Knowledge Services team.

Key Responsibilities :

- RPA Development : Design, develop, and maintain RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere to automate repetitive and time-consuming tasks.

- Process Analysis : Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities.

- Solution Design : Develop process maps, functional specifications, and technical design documents for automation projects.

- Testing and Deployment : Conduct thorough testing of automation solutions, ensuring they meet the required quality standards before deployment.

- Troubleshooting : Monitor and support deployed bots, diagnosing and resolving issues as they arise.

- Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for RPA processes, including design, implementation, and user guides.

- Best Practices : Follow best practices for RPA development, including coding standards, version control, and change management.

- Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in RPA and Automation Anywhere, applying new techniques and tools to improve existing solutions.

Requirements :

- Experience : Proven experience as an RPA Developer with hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere.

- Technical Skills : Proficiency in Automation Anywhere, including its components such as Control Room, Bot Creator, and Bot Runner.

- Programming Knowledge : Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C# is a plus.

- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

- Certifications : Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional or equivalent certification is preferred.
