Job Title: Assistant Manager

Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions for healthcare organizations.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions through collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions to ensure effective and efficient implementation.
  • Provide technical guidance and supervision to ensure best practices in coding and integration.
  • Design and manage integrations with other healthcare systems for seamless data flow.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and accessibility aligning with compliance requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide technical leadership and promote innovative use of Salesforce Health Cloud technologies.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and capabilities and advocate for their application in achieving business objectives.
  • Establish testing processes to assure the quality and functionality of Salesforce Health Cloud implementations.
  • Lead troubleshooting and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Strong proficiency in Salesforce Health Cloud and its features, functionalities, and limitations.
    • Experience with Salesforce development tools such as Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and SOQL.
    • Ai and Agent force: Experience integrating and leveraging Ai capabilities within Salesforce including Einstein Analytics and AI-driven insights.
    • Proficiency with Agent force features optimizing customer support and service processes.
  • Architectural Skills:
    • Ability to design comprehensive Salesforce solutions integrating seamlessly with other healthcare applications and systems.
    • Advanced knowledge of integration techniques including APIs, middleware, and web services.
  • Healthcare Domain Knowledge:
    • Understanding of healthcare industry standards, practices, and compliance requirements including HIPAA.
  • Project Management:
    • Strong organizational skills managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:
    • Excellent analytical skills identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
    • Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Ability to work collaboratively building relationships across diverse teams.
