Job Title: Pega Automation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Pega Automation Specialist to join our team.

As a Pega Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing, writing and executing relevant test cases mapping back to pre-determined criteria, including technical, functional and non-functional requirements and/or user stories.

You will develop, review and maintain test documentation including test plans, test cases and test completion reports.

Able to write test scripts using POSTMAN for API testing and have hands-on experience with C# for developing automated tests.

Work closely with the development team to identify root cause of defects reported.

Manage defects through to resolution, working closely with the campaign manager and relevant stakeholders.

Experience in agile delivery, planning and co-ordinating program of work for multiple agile squads.

Demonstrated attention to detail and trustworthiness; meticulous towards detail and thoroughness in tasks, reliable, responsible, dependable, honest, and ethical to ensure quality and accuracy in work.

Strong interpersonal and communications skills that enable an individual to work in a fast-moving collaborative culture and influence the direction of the outcome.

Campaigns require timely release and management from an accuracy and quality perspective, adhering to campaign design (e.g., distribution list, content, design and creative) and risk guidelines (e.g., regulatory rules such as opt-outs and GDPR).

Resolve escalated campaign quality issues, eliciting insights and learnings that contribute to the refinement of QA guidelines and standards leading to the improvement in the quality of future campaigns.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or campaign testing
  • Experience/exposure to PEGA, CCM
  • Hands on experience with POSTMAN for API testing
  • Developing automated tests using C#
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and trustworthiness
  • Experience in agile delivery, planning and co-ordinating program of work
