Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Conversions: Convert inbound leads to paid enrollments via phone, email, and video; maintain a rigorous pipeline hygiene and activity logging.
  • Own Onboarding: Guide students through documents, timelines, and milestones; coordinate handoffs with operations during the visa stage.
  • Cultivate Customer Relationships: Operate in CRM software with weekly reporting and dashboard publishing.
  • Partner Outreach: Conduct targeted outbound to schools, counselors, influencers, and ambassadors to generate referrals and co-marketing.
  • Educate & Guide: Clearly explain pathways, timelines, and expectations; handle objections on fees, fit, and safety.
  • Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly conversion and collection goals.
  • Maintain Integrity: Engage only consented leads; keep records accurate and complete.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience Required: 3–6+ years in study-abroad/education services sales for the Indian market with consistent conversions.
  • Results-Oriented: Data-driven mindset with command of funnel math (attempts, connects, show-ups, close rate, collection rate).
  • Tech-Savvy: Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, basic GA4 awareness, spreadsheets; comfort with call recording/QA.
  • Communication: Strong English and Hindi; additional Indian languages are a plus.
