Job Overview:

As a Mixology Expert, you will be responsible for preparing and serving various beverages to patrons in a fast-paced environment.

  • Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, wines, and other beverages according to recipe standards.
  • Interact with customers, take orders, and provide exceptional service while maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Assess customers' preferences and make recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
  • Mix ingredients to prepare signature cocktails and plan special promotions.
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies to ensure seamless service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cash and credit transactions efficiently and maintain accurate records.
  • Work effectively in a team environment to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on new products and services to stay competitive in the industry.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a bartender or mixology expert is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits is an asset for providing expert recommendations.
