Travel Counselor Role

We are seeking an experienced Travel Counselor to join our team. As a Travel Counselor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

  • You will work on Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and action Passenger Name Records (PNRs) to issue refunds, air tickets, drive hotel & car invoices, etc.
  • Sound knowledge of GDS – Sabre, fare rules, and ticket bookings is essential.
  • Excellent understanding of travel business for smooth day-to-day operations is required.
  • Result-oriented and able to resolve queries from the market.
  • Self-starter with ability to multi-task.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Graduate with 2-3 years of experience in the travel industry.
  • Degree/Diploma in Travel - Air Fares & Ticketing is preferred.
  • Maintain high quality and productivity.
  • Understand and exceed customer expectations while ensuring effective teamwork.
  • Have an eye for detail and focus on quality controls.
