Job Title: Chief Tax Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Chief Tax Operations Manager to join our Direct Tax team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing tax audits, TDS returns, and ensuring tax compliance with various regulatory bodies.

About the Role:

  • Tax Audit: Conduct thorough tax audits, identifying areas of non-compliance and ensuring accurate reporting.
  • TDS Return: Prepare and file TDS returns in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure ongoing tax compliance by staying up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations.
  • Forms 3CA, 3CB, and 3CD: Prepare and submit these forms accurately and within deadlines.
  • Income Tax Return (ITR): Prepare and file ITRs for individuals and businesses, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.
  • TDS Provisions: Understand and implement TDS provisions, including monthly payments and quarterly returns.
  • Corporate Tax Audits: Conduct corporate tax audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience in handling tax audits, Transfer Pricing audit, TDS matters, and tax litigations.
  • Solid knowledge of TDS provisions, Tax Audit, Transfer Pricing audit, and tax litigation.
