Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering staff, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-native software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop AI-enabled products that leverage the capabilities of large language models (LLMs) and other cutting-edge technologies.
  • Build high-performance search and retrieval applications using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.
  • Design evaluation frameworks for measuring the performance of agents, RAG systems, and LLMs.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in software engineering or end-to-end data science, with proficiency in Python and data-oriented algorithms.
  • A strong background in either distributed data systems or machine learning engineering, with experience working with distributed computing frameworks like Ray.
  • The ability to experiment with new techniques and deliver robust production code, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time.
  • Demonstrated experience in building agents, training and evaluating LLMs, and working with vector databases.
