Senior PCB Design Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Printed Circuit Board Designer to lead our team in delivering high-quality, complex PCB designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop multilayer PCB layouts for mixed signal applications, up to 6-12 layers.
  • Develop expertise in high-speed mixed signals, HDI boards, and BGA designs with blind and buried vias.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest interfaces, including USB, Ethernet, CAN, UART, I2C, LCD, SPI, QSPI, CSI2, and others.
  • Maintain knowledge of design constraints, constraint managers, and EMI/EMC minimization techniques.
  • Perform DFM & DFA analysis, Gerber & ODB++ checking, and IPC standard compliance.
  • Develop schematic designs, symbols, and PCB footprints, as well as Allegro tool proficiency.
  • Conduct schematic and PCB layout reviews, board bring-ups, debugging, and testing.
  • Collaborate with vendors and coordinate PCB manufacturing-related issues.
  • Mentor junior engineers and participate in design/code reviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in successful production-level PCB design.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Third-party vendor interaction and review of work.
  • Good knowledge of industrial PCB design tools and flow.
  • B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics and Communication or related field.
  • Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows.
