Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Data Engineer to spearhead our BFSI project. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with data science teams to design and develop scalable data pipelines, leveraging advanced analytics to empower business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement complex algorithms and analytical solutions.
  • Utilize agile methodologies to enhance back-end systems and improve overall efficiency.
  • Model front-end and back-end data flows to unlock deeper business insights and drive strategic growth.
  • Develop and maintain ETL pipelines that cleanse, transform, and aggregate data from diverse sources.
  • Create predictive models to deliver actionable insights for the BFSI business, driving informed decision-making and competitive advantage.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Python, SQL, and data visualization/exploration tools, with a strong emphasis on Cloud-based technologies.
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Cloud Big Data tools – BigQuery, Airflow, CI/CD, and proficiency in Spark, Hive, Core Java, Linux, and scripting languages.
  • Proven experience in ETL design, build, and maintenance, with a focus on scalability and reliability.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Tableau or R, and strong communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent, and professional certification in GCP Data Engineer or related fields (desired).
  • Significant experience in the BFSI domain is highly desirable, offering a unique opportunity to apply technical expertise in a dynamic industry context.
