Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-level data management solutions to support test environments across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement data management strategies to ensure high-quality test data availability.\
  • Hands-on experience in data masking, data subsetting, synthetic data generation, and virtualization.\
  • Work with stakeholders to analyze data requirements and implement automated data management solutions.\
  • Manage and maintain data management tools (GenRocket, Delphix, CA TDM, K2View) across environments.\
  • Collaborate with testing and development teams to provision, refresh, and optimize test data.\
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).\
  • Troubleshoot issues related to data management tools and processes.\
  • Mentor and guide junior team members on data management best practices.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.\
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for data management processes and procedures.\
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.\
  • Identify areas for process improvement and develop recommendations for implementation.\
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to communicate data management strategies and goals.\
  • Provide input to the development of departmental goals, objectives, and strategies.\
  • Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.\
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay current with industry trends and technologies.\
