Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
This key member of our engineering team will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable products and collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and QA teams to ensure seamless feature delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Backend Development
- Design, develop, and optimize backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
- Database Management
- Work with SQL/MySQL to design schemas, optimize queries, and improve database performance.
- Problem-Solving
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
- Collaboration
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployments.
- Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews.
- Contribute to architecture discussions and design decisions for new systems.
- 5-8 years of backend development experience with Java.
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, REST APIs.
- Hands-on with SQL/MySQL (indexes, joins, query optimization, data modeling).
- Solid debugging and problem-solving skills with production systems.
- Experience with Kafka, Redis, NoSQL databases is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization.
- Understanding of software engineering best practices (Agile, CI/CD, TDD).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
