  • Candidate Experience Enhancement
  • Design and execute recruitment campaigns to enhance our employer brand and improve the candidate experience.
  • Market Intelligence
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements:
  • 7-12 years of hands-on talent acquisition experience, preferably in the consumer goods or retail sectors.
  • A proven track record of successful recruitment across multiple functions, including sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in recruitment software and tools.
