Machine Learning Solutions Developer

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic team at Accellor. With a strong background in machine learning, programming, and data analysis, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions to solve complex business problems.
The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and data structures, as well as proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java/R, and familiarity with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and Implement AI/ML Models: Develop and implement AI/ML models and algorithms to solve specific business problems, leveraging your expertise in machine learning and data analysis.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements that can be addressed using AI and machine learning techniques and to integrate AI/ML solutions into production systems and applications.
- Data Pre-processing and Analysis: Pre-process, clean, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and features for model training, ensuring high-quality data is available for development.
- Model Evaluation and Optimization: Evaluate and test models using appropriate evaluation metrics to ensure their effectiveness and robustness, and optimize and fine-tune models for accuracy, performance, and scalability.
- Knowledge Sharing and Mentoring: Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentoring of junior team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Experience in Data Pre-processing and Feature Engineering: 3-5 years of relevant experience in data pre-processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java/R, and familiarity with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
- Cloud Platforms and Tools: Familiarity with cloud platforms and tools (e.g., Azure/AWS/GCP) for model deployment and management.
