NetSuite Quality Assurance Position

We are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Quality Analyst to drive business growth through process optimization and quality assurance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing business and functional requirements related to NetSuite and eCommerce processes to identify areas of improvement.
  • Designing, writing, and maintaining manual and automated test cases, scripts, and test plans to ensure seamless integration.
  • Performing end-to-end testing of NetSuite SuiteCommerce Advanced (SCA) and other eCommerce integrations to guarantee data integrity and accuracy.
  • Automating regression tests for key eCommerce workflows such as order-to-cash, inventory sync, tax/shipping calculations, and product updates to optimize efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Relevant 3+ years of experience in QA/testing roles with a mix of manual and automation testing.
  • Experience working with NetSuite (SuiteCommerce or SCA) and understanding of core ERP/eCommerce flows.
  • Netsuite SuiteFoundation Certification to demonstrate expertise.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Test automation tools/frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestCafe).
  • Scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, Java).
  • API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI).
  • Test management platforms (TestRail, Zephyr).
  • Version control systems (Git).
