Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on people-related matters
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of working with HR software systems and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively across cultures
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business outcomes
  • Based in Bareilly or willing to relocate
