As a Principal, you will play a critical role in leading our investment processes, identifying high-quality opportunities, and executing due diligence and decision-making activities.
To succeed in this role, you will require a strong understanding of the A&D market, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a proven ability to evaluate complex technologies and lead investments to successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investment Leadership: Identify and develop investment strategies aligned with our focus sectors – dual-use technology, aerospace and defense.
- Due Diligence & Decision-Making: Oversee technical and market assessments, financial analysis, and risk evaluations for potential investments.
- Portfolio Development: Assist portfolio companies in defining business strategies, building teams, and addressing operational challenges and go-to-market.
Industry Engagement: Nurture relationships with industry leaders, research institutions, venture capital investor ecosystem and government stakeholders to strengthen our position in the ecosystem. Represent us in conferences and contribute to shaping the discourse around innovation in aerospace, defense, and deep-tech sectors.
Team Mentorship & Development: Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning within the investment team by mentoring Associates and Analysts.
