We are seeking a seasoned Requirements Author to join our product development team.

This role involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements, analyzing business processes, and ensuring successful iteration management. The ideal candidate will translate business needs into comprehensive functional specifications, facilitate communication between technical teams and business users, and oversee the implementation and iteration of product requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define business requirements.
  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Translate business needs into comprehensive functional specifications.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users.
  • Oversee the implementation and iteration of product requirements.
  • Ensure successful iteration management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or Product Analyst in software or SaaS environments.
  • Proven expertise in writing clear and comprehensive requirements and functional specs.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Proven experience in iteration management and working with product teams.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Experience in AI-driven platforms or enterprise application development is a plus.
