Transform Health Decisions with Data Science Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Data Scientist, R&D to join our innovative team and contribute to the development of groundbreaking data-driven solutions.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have expertise in data science, statistics, and machine learning, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time. They will work closely with our cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy data products that drive business results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data science and statistics-related projects
  • Contribute to R&D projects for Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) initiatives, new data products, and bespoke segments expansion
  • Design and define methodologies for measurement products and user identification
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely and accurate data reporting that meets all requirements

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Intelligence and Analytics or a related field
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in creating SQL queries from scratch using real business data
  • Highly proficient knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, functions)
  • Data analysis and manipulation skills
  • Python programming expertise
  • Knowledge of distributed systems, PySpark, containerization (Docker), and Kubernetes
  • Proven experience with experimentation methods and statistical modeling in support of product development and optimization
