We are seeking a seasoned Legal Advisor to join our team at Eternal Renewables Group, a leading EPCM company in India. As a key member of our renewable energy project construction team, you will provide expert legal advice on all aspects of construction projects, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

We specialize in large-scale renewable energy, particularly utility-scale solar PV and storage projects, throughout their entire life cycle.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will handle contract negotiations, dispute resolution, and legal risk management for residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction contracts, subcontracts, and agreements with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with local, state, and national laws, regulations, and standards, including RERA guidelines.
- Identifying potential legal risks related to construction projects and developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Handling legal disputes and claims related to contracts, payments, construction defects, delays, and other project-related issues.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or higher qualification.
- At least 4+ years of experience in legal matters related to construction projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations and complex legal matters.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting legal documents and explaining legal concepts to non-legal teams.
We offer a competitive salary based on experience, with benefits including legal allowances, travel reimbursements, and opportunities for career advancement. The estimated salary range for this position is ₹30,00,000 - ₹50,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
