About the Role:
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator having 13+ years of experience in Digital banking, CRM, Loan domains. If you're excited about learning new technologies and expanding your knowledge base to build a strong foundation for your career, then you'll thrive in this role.
As a QE Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely execution of software quality assurance activities, aligning test cases prepared by the Domain QE Lead with project requirements. You will collaborate closely with Project Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, and customer teams to facilitate smooth testing efforts and maintain transparency through regular reporting. This role requires individuals who are highly organized, proactive in communication, and dedicated to operational excellence in testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute Test Cases: Ensure timely completion of test cases prepared by the Domain QE Lead in alignment with project requirements.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with Project Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, and customer teams to ensure smooth testing efforts and maintain transparency.
- Communication and Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on testing progress and any issues encountered.
