Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing cloud infrastructure using AWS and Terraform.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions and drive innovation in self-service automation for end users.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Chef and Ruby for configuration management, proficiency in AWS cloud services and architecture, expertise in Terraform for infrastructure provisioning, and solid understanding of Jenkins and CI/CD pipeline integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS and Terraform.
  • Develop and maintain configuration management using Chef, Ansible, and Ruby.
  • Automate CI/CD pipelines and integrations using Jenkins and related DevOps tools.
  • Create and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) for consistent and repeatable deployments.
  • Develop scripts and automation tools using Python to streamline operations and support self-service capabilities.
  • Containerize applications using Docker and manage container lifecycle.
  • Support application migration to cloud environments, ensuring minimal downtime and high reliability.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in the payments domain.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Drive innovation in self-service automation for end users.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Chef and Ruby for configuration management.
  • Proficiency in AWS cloud services and architecture.
  • Expertise in Terraform for infrastructure provisioning.
  • Solid understanding of Jenkins and CI/CD pipeline integrations.
  • Scripting experience with Python.
  • Experience with Ansible for automation and orchestration.
  • Proficiency in Docker for containerization.
  • Familiarity with Payments systems and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience in application migration to cloud platforms.
  • Experience in building end-user self-service automation tools or platforms.
