Design Visionary

We are seeking a skilled Architect to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in planning and preparing approval drawings for residential and commercial projects, working closely with senior architects and other team members to deliver high-quality designs and meet project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare approval drawings for residential and commercial projects
  • Assist in developing design concepts and schemes
  • Collaborate with senior architects to ensure design quality and consistency
  • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements
  • Assist in preparing and submitting permit applications

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of experience in architecture, preferably in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
  • Strong understanding of architectural design principles and practices
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

A talented Architect will lead the preparation of approval drawings, develop design concepts, and mentor junior team members. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality designs while meeting project deadlines.
