**Job Overview**

This position is responsible for overseeing the entire HR and IR operations, acting as a strategic business partner working closely with business leaders. The successful candidate will focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, talent development, compensation & benefits, training, and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business heads to align HR strategy with business goals.
  • Drive business transformation and change management initiatives.
  • Prepare Annual Operating Plans (AOPs) with a focus on cost optimization.
  • Achieve annual business growth through strategic planning and execution.

**Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:**

  • Develop staffing strategies and manage manpower planning for steady-state and new projects.
  • Ensure high talent availability to support uninterrupted business operations.

**Performance Management:**

  • Lead performance appraisal cycles including career conversations, reviews, calibrations, and increments.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on productivity and results.

**Talent Management & Organizational Development:**

  • Facilitate annual talent reviews, create talent dashboards and trackers.
  • Run leadership development programs and high-potential talent mentoring.

**Compensation & Rewards:**

  • Design and implement robust compensation and rewards frameworks.
  • Manage surveys, audits, and benchmarking exercises for competitive pay structures.

**Employee Engagement & Culture:**

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives based on survey insights.
  • Organize events, pulse surveys, town halls, and recognition programs.
  • Promote Diversity and Inclusion strategies and great workplace culture.

**Industrial Relations:**

  • Manage union relationships, negotiate settlements, resolve disputes proactively.
  • Handle disciplinary and grievance matters, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Represent management in labor courts, tribunals, and government authorities.

**HR Operations & Compliance:**

  • Monitor HR policies, legal compliance, and statutory requirements.
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes to enhance employee experience.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives like Kaizen, Six Sigma, 5S, QMS, IMS, EMS, and EnMS.

**Qualifications:**

  • MBA from reputable institutions
  • 18 to 27 years of progressive experience in HR & Industrial Relations
  • Expertise in ISO standards and Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, 14001, EMS, OHSAS)
