Data Migration Expert

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in data transformation, migration techniques, and quality control to ensure accuracy and smooth transition throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Lead end-to-end data migration projects for core banking system implementations.

  • Design and implement robust data migration strategies, including mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to define and meet data requirements.
  • Conduct data analysis, profiling, and cleansing to ensure high-quality and reliable migration outcomes.
  • Document migration processes including ETL procedures, mapping documents, and reporting.
  • Provide knowledge transfer, training, and support to team members on best practices.
  • Participate in post-migration reviews, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
