Job Title: Senior Digital Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Digital Infrastructure Specialist.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the uptime and performance of our digital environments, troubleshooting production issues, coordinating with development teams, and managing incident resolution.

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in AEM, Adobe Cloud Manager, Splunk, and Adobe Analytics, as well as experience with deployment, environment configuration, and log management using tools like GitLab CI/CD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain digital environments to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and implement effective incident resolution strategies.
  • Develop and implement infrastructure configurations, deploy applications, and support Adobe Cloud services.
  • Analyze and interpret data from logs and alerts generated by Splunk and Adobe Analytics.
