Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions.

  • The successful candidate will have 15+ years of experience in functional roles for HCM applications and a strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor, and Absence Management.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely completion of projects across all phases: Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration, Testing, Production Support.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Mandatory certification in Oracle Cloud Payroll Implementation is essential. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully completing multiple full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll implementations.

  • Excellent understanding of Oracle Cloud Payroll configuration, including payroll costing setups.
