Seeking a seasoned Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant to spearhead technical excellence. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), encompassing CRM, Sales, Customer Insights, CE Service, and DevOps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and customize D365 CE solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Implement and configure CRM, Sales, and CE Service modules.
  • Collaborate with Customer Insights to deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with other enterprise applications.
  • Manage DevOps processes for CI/CD, testing, and deployment automation.
  • Lead and mentor a technical team, ensuring best practices and knowledge sharing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring high system availability and performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM, Sales, Service).
  • Hands-on experience with Customer Insights for data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD and automation.
  • Strong programming skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Expertise in Dataverse, Plugins, Custom Workflows, and PowerApps development.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration methods using Web Services.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in an Agile environment and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant Associate or equivalent.
  • Experience with AI-driven analytics and automation within Dynamics 365.
  • Exposure to Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Event-Driven Architecture.
  • Knowledge of data security, compliance, and governance best practices.
