Job Opportunity

The Quality Assurance Analyst role is open for highly skilled professionals who can ensure the delivery of secure and reliable software across platforms.

This challenging position involves executing, supporting, and continuously improving quality assurance processes within the DevSecOps department.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with expertise in test planning, code quality enforcement, vulnerability scanning, and release readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans for application interfaces and operations.
  • Maintain Sonar Cloud quality gates and monitor code quality metrics.
  • Track defects from QA findings.
  • Conduct release readiness reviews and validate quality criteria prior to deployment.
  • Prepare and maintain audit artifacts for compliance and internal/external reviews.

Vulnerability & Security:

  • Perform vulnerability scanning and reporting using tools such as Sonar Cloud and Visual Studio.
  • Support audit readiness and escalate unresolved blockers.

Collaboration & Support:

  • Participate in weekly QA reviews and collaborate with Dev Leads, Ops, and Service teams.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for QA-related issues.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain and update system documentation and QA procedures.
  • Prepare weekly status reports detailing progress, testing tasks, and artifact collection.

Additional Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth operation and integration of QA processes within DevSecOps.
  • Support release and deployment coordination for enhancements and integrations.
  • Provide training and support to team members on QA tools and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in QA or related positions, preferably within DevSecOps environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field required (proven experience can substitute for degree requirement).
  • Desirable experience with Sonar Cloud, Visual Studio, and CI/CD pipelines.

Work Environment:

  • Requires working schedule close to the US PST zone.
  • Will involve working with remote teams and users.
