Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned business development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the team and management to develop and implement business strategies that meet our goals and objectives.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities, including potential partnerships and collaborations.
  • Track and report on progress, providing regular updates to management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with various departments across the organization to achieve our goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven sales experience and a track record of success in driving business growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of our services and offerings.
  • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to conduct presentations and build strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of jobsite safety practices.
