About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Software Innovation Lead to spearhead large-scale technology projects, utilizing their expertise in software development and leadership to drive success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Minimum 6-10 years’ experience in Microsoft .NET development products, including .NET, C#, and SQL Server.
  • Expertise in web development using ASP.NET, JavaScript, and ReactJS.
  • Familiarity with legacy development products such as ASP.NET MVC, VB.NET, and legacy .NET Framework versions is beneficial.
  • Understanding of financial products and markets, as well as web services.
  • Proficiency in code analysis or automated testing tools.
Requirements
  • A first-class bachelor's degree or higher, and/or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology projects.
  • Able to take a lead role in a delivery-focused environment, confident and self-assured.
  • Experience working with various stakeholders within project environments.
  • Independent working style with the ability to learn quickly in a dynamic industry.
