Job Title: Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a talented and dedicated individual to support faculty in delivering undergraduate and postgraduate physics courses.

The role is ideal for recent M.Sc. Physics graduates who are enthusiastic about teaching and have excellent communication skills.

  • Assist faculty in preparing and conducting lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions.
  • Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, problem-solving classes, and student mentoring.
  • Support in preparing teaching materials, lab manuals, and assessments.
  • Grade assignments, lab reports, quizzes, and other coursework under the supervision of faculty.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and setup of laboratory equipment before practical sessions.
  • Provide academic support to students outside of class hours when needed.
  • Assist in coordinating academic events, seminars, or workshops organized by the department.
  • Engage in limited research or departmental academic projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • M.Sc. in Physics from a recognized university (minimum 55% or equivalent CGPA).
  • Strong subject knowledge in core areas of physics (Mechanics, Electromagnetism, Quantum Physics, etc.).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and students.
