Job Title: SRE DevOps Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SRE DevOps Engineer to join our team at Changeleaders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Site Reliability Engineering and DevOps, with experience in running production environments, building software and systems, and improving reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable and reliable systems and services
  • Collaborate with development teams to improve services through rigorous testing and release procedures
  • Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
  • Partner with stakeholders to set up observability processes and automation
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure and applications using DevOps tools and technologies

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering and DevOps
  • Strong experience in running production environments, building software and systems, and improving reliability and performance
  • Experience with DevOps tools and technologies, including Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with scripting languages, such as Python, Shell, or Perl
  • Experience with programming languages, such as Java or .NET
  • Knowledge of infrastructure administration and troubleshooting
