Oracle EPM Functional Consultant Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to configure and implement Oracle EPM modules, ensuring seamless integration with financial systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement Oracle EPM modules, including Planning, PBCS, and other related tools.
  • Provide functional expertise across Oracle Financial modules, ensuring compliance with financial and accounting standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and lead workshops to drive testing, UAT, training, go-live, and post-production support.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as end-user, power user, or admin of leading Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Close, and Reconciliation.
  • 5+ years in Oracle Financials (Cloud/EBS).
  • Hands-on experience with reporting tools: Smart View, FRS, OTBI, BI Publisher.

Preferred Skills:

  • Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance background.
  • Oracle certifications (EPM or Financials).
  • Background in Manufacturing, Energy, or Services domain.
  • Knowledge of integration tools like OIC, Boomi, or Informatica.
