We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and execute data migration activities for T24 core banking system implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in extracting, transforming, and loading data from source systems into T24 target structures.
Main Responsibilities- Oversee end-to-end data migration efforts for T24 implementations, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Design and implement robust data migration strategies, including mapping, validation, and reconciliation of data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and meet data requirements, providing knowledge transfer and training to team members on best practices.
- Conduct data analysis, profiling, and cleansing to ensure high-quality and reliable migration outcomes.
- Develop and maintain documentation of migration processes, including ETL procedures and reporting.
- Extensive experience in ETL processes and data migration techniques.
- Strong understanding of data mapping, validation, and reconciliation principles.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and profile data to ensure accurate migration outcomes.
