As a Strategic HR Partner, you will be the driving force behind local HR services in your region. You will lead and drive HR initiatives to global standards while ensuring compliance with local legislation.

About the Role:

This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and forecast local requirements, planning and managing project demand across the function. You will also serve as the primary contact for employee relations activities, facilitating conflict resolution, and managing proactive relationship improvements.

You will be responsible for delivering Case Management services to support the business with sickness absence, grievances, and disciplinary activities. Additionally, you will collaborate with recruitment teams to align recruitment strategies with specific business unit needs.

Your key responsibilities will include assisting managers in conducting performance reviews, addressing underperformance, and implementing improvement plans. You will also ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures, including compliance with local labor laws and organizational regulations.

In this role, you will drive improvements to HR policies in line with business requirements and changes in local markets. You will also support seamless integration of new employees by facilitating an effective onboarding process.

Moreover, you will leverage HR analytics to provide insights into workforce trends, engagement, and productivity. You will drive initiatives to measure and enhance employee engagement, ensuring alignment with company culture and values.

Other key responsibilities include managing employee-related activities aligned to business restructures such as Employee Relations, employee exits, redeployment, and support activities. You will also manage TUPE in/out employee-related activities supporting business acquisitions, new business, and transition out of customer contracts.

Additionally, you will collaborate with Reward CoE to facilitate Annual Pay Reviews approach. You will support Strategic HR Business Partners in activities underpinning successful workforce planning strategy.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) is a key focus area in this role. You will implement DEI strategies and foster inclusive workplace environments. Risk & Compliance Management is also crucial, ensuring adherence to risk and compliance management protocols across all HR initiatives.

You will create and deliver wellbeing priorities across local business. Furthermore, you will lead People Operations service to provide support to employees and managers on operational and escalated issues.

Last but not least, you will develop HR Team to deliver excellent services to local business in support of People Plans developed by HR BPs.
