About the Role:

As a senior creative director, you will lead our team in developing innovative visual designs for real estate marketing campaigns. Your focus on excellence, consistency, and innovation will drive the entire creative output of our agency.

You will collaborate closely with account managers, copywriters, and digital teams to conceptualize and execute high-quality creative assets that resonate with real estate audiences.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in branding, print, digital, and outdoor design, with strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Experience in real estate or lifestyle branding is preferred but not essential.

We are looking for a leader who can drive creativity, manage multiple projects, and maintain high standards while working under pressure. If you are passionate about transforming real estate experiences through immersive marketing solutions, this opportunity may be right for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the creative team, setting a high standard for visual design across all mediums.
  • Conceptualize and oversee the design of brochures, hoardings, websites, social media creatives, and branding materials.
  • Develop and refine brand identities, logos, and style guides for clients.
  • Translate marketing strategies into clear creative directions and deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of professional design experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, print, digital, and outdoor design.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD/Figma).
