\You will work closely with our team to develop and implement transformation strategies, mobilize and manage regional and market transformation resources, and establish governance frameworks and delivery cadence for large-scale programs.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement transformation strategies to help the group meet its strategic objectives.\
- Identify and prioritize business problems and opportunities for transformation.\
- Scope and design solution options to enable large-scale business change.\
- Guarantee change initiatives consider all aspects of transformation, ensuring smooth implementation, adoption, and transition to Business-As-Usual (BAU).\
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish a strategic transformation vision and structure initiatives accordingly.\
- Oversee transformation delivery across the groups' portfolios, ensuring proper governance, reporting, and alignment with objectives.\
- Ensure compliance with the Change Framework and adherence to standard tools and processes.\
- Manage key forums, including Steering Committees (SteerCos), to track progress and ensure accountability.\
- Coordinate overall requirements gathering and management, reuse of solutions, planning, and communication strategies between Business, Operations, and IT.\
- Engage stakeholders to ensure proper engagement, approvals, and sign-offs.\
- Coordinate non-IT deliverables with IT plans, including business process analysis and documentation, impact assessments, UI/UX deliverables for digital transformation, business and operational readiness activities, user acceptance testing, ATM rollout plans, and post-implementation support models.\
- Plan, monitor, and manage the KAL program through its entire lifecycle.\
- Guarantee program outcomes meet requirements for technical quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.\
- Apply best practices in project, program, and value stream management.\
- Monitor project status and assess risks, issues, and dependencies.\
- Present management reports providing insights into program performance and progress.\
- Support projects, programs, and value streams with thorough business analysis, identifying opportunities for business improvement, conducting as-is business reviews, capturing, and documenting business requirements for optimization.\
Requirements:
\The ideal candidate will have 7-15 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale programs.
\They must possess strong leadership, stakeholder management, and governance skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Business, Operations, and IT teams.
\A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is required, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
