The Role:

As a visionary Visual Strategist, you'll be responsible for developing and evolving our visual language across multiple touchpoints, including web, print, social media, events, video, and emerging formats. You'll own the design culture and processes that make our brand legendary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and refine our visual identity to align with brand vision and values.
  • Lead cross-functional design teams to create cohesive visual experiences.
  • Integrate AI tools into concepting, style-frames, motion pre-viz, and rapid prototyping to enhance creativity and efficiency.
  • Elevate video & motion by crafting cinematic title cards, lower thirds, and data-driven infographics in collaboration with the video team.
  • Develop scalable design systems, asset libraries, and AI prompts that ensure high-quality output at scale.
  • Mentor and coach designers, motion artists, and freelancers to instill a culture of critique and excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with Editorial, Marketing, Events, and Product teams to ensure seamless brand representation.
