Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement onboarding and training programs to facilitate new hires' adaptation and enhance the skills of the team.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive playbooks, talk tracks, and toolkits that evolve with product and market changes.
  • Align the sales process with the buyer journey, closing skill gaps and content disparities throughout the funnel.
  • Collaborate with GTM leaders to define competencies, certifications, and success frameworks.
  • Support product launches and GTM initiatives with tailored messaging and resources.
  • Owning enablement metrics (ramp time, attainment, content usage) and drive measurable impact.
  • Evaluate and implement enablement tools and processes to streamline workflows.
  • Serve as a coach and trusted advisor to reps, aiding them in growth and closure.
What We're Looking For
  • 6-10 years of experience in sales enablement or B2B SaaS sales, preferably with quota-carrying experience.
  • Proven ability to build enablement programs from scratch in high-growth environments.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and CS.
  • Familiarity with enablement tools and modern sales tech (LMS, CRM, call recording, sales engagement).
