Pilates Studio Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct verbal screenings to ensure client safety and suitability for Pilates sessions.
• Communicate the benefits of Pilates and overall exercise for general health.
• Teach Pilates classes ranging from 45 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes in duration.
• Deliver one-on-one Pilates or small group sessions, focusing on individual attention and customized programs based on posture types and abilities.
• Create a welcoming environment that puts clients at ease.
• Ensure a safe area by checking for potential risks and reporting them accordingly.
• Engage class participants and foster client retention through understanding their goals and building rapport.
• Cater to mixed-ability classes, adapting and progressing exercises as needed.
• Offer variety in classes using different Pilates methods and equipment.
