Job Title

  • User Requirements Analysis: Ability to interpret user requirements and identify areas for improvement.
  • Documentation Standards: Proficiency in technical documentation standards and best practices, ensuring clear and concise documentation.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills, creating engaging content that meets customer needs.
  • Technical Tool Expertise: Hands-on experience with technical writing software tools, including operating systems, office suites, project tools, design tools, and other specialized software.
Requirements
  • Operating System Knowledge: Proficiency in Windows, Linux/Unix, Ubuntu operating systems.
  • Office Suite Proficiency: Hands-on experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), OpenOffice, LibreOffice, LaTeX, and other office suites.
  • Project Management Tools: Experience with MS Project or equivalent project management tools.
  • Design Software: Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CorelDRAW, and other design tools.
  • API Knowledge: Knowledge of APIs and related documentation tools.
