Tosca Test Automation Specialist Role:

  • Leveraging industry-leading tools and techniques to optimize test automation efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Providing expert-level support and guidance to junior team members.
  • Contributing to the development and maintenance of comprehensive test plans and strategies.
  • Engaging in ongoing learning and professional development to stay current with industry trends and advancements.

Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • 6-8 years of professional experience in software quality assurance with a focus on TOSCA automation.
  • 2-3+ years of Automation Lead experience
  • Proficiency in TOSCA tool suite, including TOSCA Commander, DEX etc.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively lead a team and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining test automation frameworks and scripts using TOSCA.
  • Solid understanding of agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex technical information and communicate it effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in working on Mobile, Mainframe, API & Desktop based automation.
  • Test Plan & Test Strategy creation.
  • Mandatory Certification: Automation Specialist (AS1, AS2, AE1, TDS1)
  • Experience in integrating TOSCA with CI/CD pipelines & DEX Server for continuous testing.
  • Familiarity with other automation testing tools and frameworks.
