Technical Lead MERN Stack Job

We are seeking a seasoned technical lead with expertise in full-stack JavaScript development to spearhead our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development, excellent leadership skills, and experience managing software development teams.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead and mentor a team of skilled developers.
  • Design and develop scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
  • Implement server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) using Next.js for improved performance.
  • Develop and optimize RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
  • Maintain high-quality code by enforcing coding standards, performing code reviews, and implementing best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers.
  • Ensure security best practices are implemented, including authentication mechanisms and authorization protocols.
  • Manage deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines and cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in MERN Stack development.
  • Strong proficiency in Next.js and Node.js.
  • Experience with TypeScript is beneficial.
  • Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
  • Proficiency in database design and management using MongoDB.
  • Hands-on experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).
  • Strong understanding of server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) with Next.js.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms is advantageous.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
