Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled validation professional to develop and implement effective validation strategies and processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in validation and minimum of 6-12 years of experience in the field.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing validation plans, protocols, and procedures in compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement validation strategies and processes to ensure product quality and reliability throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define validation requirements and priorities.
  • Establish validation plans, protocols, and procedures in compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Oversee the execution of validation activities, including IQ/OQ/PQ, software validation, and process validation.
  • Perform risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies to address potential product risks.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance validation processes and increase efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors as needed.
  • Ensure end-to-end documentation and traceability of validation activities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6-12 years of experience in the field.
  • Strong background in validation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of validation analysts.
