Technical Documentation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Senior Technical Writer to develop instructional documentation and manage projects across our systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs in developing and maintaining documentation that meets established quality metrics.
Responsibilities:
- 5+ years of experience in technical writing, editing, and communications
- Writing and editing complex content for various audiences
- Documenting information to effectively communicate it to customers, technical staff, managers, executives, sales, and marketing teams
- Restructuring information for better problem-solving approaches
- Breaking down complex information into accessible concepts for target audiences
- Representing information through visual/graphical forms
- Paying attention to details and prioritizing tasks in fast-paced environments
- Multitasking and being self-motivated
- Proficiency in the English language, including grammar, spelling, and usage
- Interviewing and questioning skills to gather relevant content
- Interpersonal skills to negotiate priorities and resolve conflicts among stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, or a related field
Required Skills:
- Experience documenting instructions for software development processes
- Project management skills, including organizing multiple documentation projects and managing SMEs
- Experience using graphics/illustration software
