The ideal candidate will have a strong background in F&B cost control, inventory systems, and vendor management.

  • Monitor and control F&B costs to maximize profitability.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits for all food, beverage, and related items.
  • Develop and implement effective cost control systems and strategies.
  • Analyze menu performance, food wastage, and portion control to recommend improvements.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all inventory transactions, including purchase orders and stock adjustments.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to source quality ingredients and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
  • Prepare and analyze cost reports, providing actionable insights to the management team.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Food and Beverage Controller in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, costing principles, and procurement practices.
  • Proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
