About the Role
  • Lead the technical direction for the development, design, maintenance, and integration of distributed computing solutions end-to-end in core Java programming with Struts Spring and Hibernate technologies.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop software solutions that meet those needs.
About You
  • You have at least 7 years' experience in software engineering, with a strong background in Java programming, particularly with Struts, Spring, and Hibernate technologies.
  • You possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of engineers.
  • You are passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and are eager to apply your knowledge in a dynamic and innovative environment.
