Job Title: Full Stack Developer for Strapi CMS

  • Mentor and Guide Teams: Provide guidance and support to junior developers and help them grow in their careers.

  • Experience with Strapi CMS: 4+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer, with at least 2+ years focused on Strapi CMS in production environments.
  • Strong Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js: Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js.
  • Proven Experience Designing and Scaling RESTful APIs: Proven experience designing and scaling RESTful APIs.
  • Deep Understanding of Authentication/Authorization and Security Best Practices: Deep understanding of authentication/authorization, security best practices, and API governance.
  • Excellent Leadership, Communication, and Collaboration Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with a track record of mentoring and guiding teams.
